Can I cancel the order I just placed?

I forgot to add an item to my order, can I make a change before it ships?
- Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. To ensure a speedy delivery process, no additional changes can be made at this point. Please place a new order on the website for your additional items.
My order status says delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?
- CLICK HERE and enter your order number and email address to track your order. It may take some time for information to update. If there's no tracking information, please try again in a few hours.
Can I order via smartphone or tablet?
- Yes! Our website is compatible with almost all devices.

What is the X-Sense return policy?
- Non-Activated Products: can be refunded within 60 days upon returning to the delivery address, the refund will go directly to the original method of payment. Activated Products: once the product has been activated it is no longer refundable.
Can I request a return before my package arrived?
- If you wish to request a return/refund during the shipment process, please feel free to contact our customer support via email: service@x-sense.com.
When will I receive my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your item has been received. Your refund will then be processed, within a few days, to your original method of payment.
